Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing.If a booking is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival local time an administration fee of US$25 is charged.
If a booking is cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival local time, deposit is non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled 30 days to 10 days prior to arrival local time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost.
If a booking is cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival local time, no refund will be given.
If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.
